Billing
Davis Road Medical Centre is a bulk billing surgery for medicare or DVA card holders for MOST eligible medicare items.
For workcover claims, patients need to pay workcover costs until they receive a valid workcover claim number.
Appointments
An appointment for a standard consultation will be made with your preferred doctor or the next available doctor, depending on your preference.
Extended consultations are available on request. If you anticipate that your consultation will be long, please advise the receptionist when making the appointment.
Medical Certificates
Medical certificates are available and can be requested at the time of consultation with your doctor.
Complaints
Our practice encourages both positive and negative feedback from our patients. If you have a suggestion or complaint please do not hesitate to contact via marayongblacktownmc@gmail.com. Written feedback can be hand delivered or posted. We will respond to any grievances or suggestions promptly.

Email policy
In today's modernised era, patients prefer documents to be sent through the email. However, please be aware that there is a risk of emails being intercepted. We ask all patients to request their documents with their written consents to davisroadmedical@gmail.com and we will reply back accordingly.
Data Breach Policy
We try our best to prevent the data Breach with the advice of our IT team. If a data breach is unfortunately occured, we will notify patients affected within the accepted time frame and also the office of the Australian information Commissioner (OAIC)
